Reborn Academy provides a personal productivity management platform including: Time management using the Time-Blocking method, multi-level goal planning, personal finance management, and an AI-powered financial advisory system (AI Advisor).
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
Identity Verification
Users commit to providing accurate information. Using fraudulent accounts may result in service suspension without prior notice.
Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes secure. Reborn Academy is not liable for losses arising from information exposure caused by user negligence.
3. AI Financial Advisory Regulations

Right to be Forgotten
Users may request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data from the Reborn Academy system.

Users may disable the AI Advisor feature if they do not wish AI to analyze their personal data.
III. System Guarantee & Compensation Policy
1. System Uptime Commitment
Guaranteed system availability
Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Liability Limits and Compensation
Force Majeure
We are not liable for incidents caused by national internet infrastructure failures or large-scale DDoS attacks beyond reasonable control.
✅ Compensation
In cases where a system error directly caused by Reborn Academy leads to data loss, we commit to compensating up to 12 months of service fees of the affected user (or as separately agreed for enterprise accounts).
IV. Compliance Regulations
To integrate with larger systems, Reborn Academy complies with:
🛑 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing signs of abnormal financial transactions for verification.
🆔 Know Your Customer (KYC)
Certain advanced financial features may require identity verification as per banking/e-wallet partner regulations.
